360 Health Services provides compounded medications prepared in State Board of Pharmacy-licensed sterile compounding pharmacies or FDA-licensed 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities. Although these facilities are strictly regulated, the compounded medications they produce are not FDA-approved, as they are customized based on individual prescriptions. Differences in strength, dosage, route of administration, and other variables can make compounded medications distinct from FDA-approved drugs, complicating direct comparisons of results and risk profiles. Any compounded drugs prescribed are based on a licensed provider’s medical judgment following a telehealth consultation and review of the patient’s medical history.
